Cousins Properties wanted more than just a brochure site to showcase Blalock Lakes.
GCI Group provides the PR and messaging for Blalock Lakes and created an impressive "Field Guide" leather-bound book for Blalock Lakes' customers. The site should reflect the theme of the "Field Guide" to give a consistent message.
Harry Norman Realtors© manage the sales effort on-site for Blalock Lakes and needed a full CRM system back-end to manage prospects thoughout the buying process.
Cousins Management needed a way to view the sales pipeline and calendar of events along with scheduled meetings and potential customer vistis to the property.
The site would need to engage potential customers with dynamic information and an updated photo gallery to keep the site fresh.
Potential customers should be able to personalize their experience and save favorite lots and searches and communicate with agents.
The site would need an interactive method of viewing the entire 3,000 acre property and details on specific lots for sale.
Blalock Lakes members that have bought lots would need a way to schedule riding horse trails, hunting courses and sporting clays courses.
Blalock Lakes members would need an online directory and a bulletin board for posting announcements and classifieds.
Cousins Properties would need a way to update progress photos of the Boat House, Hunt Club and Stables to get potential customers excited about visiting the property.
